A Design Meeting
It started over a shared love of clean lines and warm colours at a design exhibition in Fortitude Valley. Ruby was admiring a vintage Eames chair. Fletcher made a terrible joke about mid-century dating. She laughed anyway.

The Road Trip
A spontaneous drive down the Great Ocean Road turned into three days of coastal sunsets, roadside cafés, and the moment Fletcher realised he wanted every adventure to include her.

The Question
Under a canopy of fairy lights at their favourite Brisbane rooftop bar, Fletcher dropped to one knee with a ring inspired by the geometric patterns they both adore. She said yes before he finished the question.
